By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms:

『GENERAL』

  • Do not copy, trace, or use my work for the use of training AI datasets or as use for minting in NFTs

  • Do not claim my work as your own

  • Any work to be used in a commercial manner, or meant to be sold, resold, or used to sell a product or service must be approved by me beforehand, a seperate licensing fee may apply

  • Any violation of these rules could result in future blacklisting

『COMMISSIONS』

  • All clients must be of at least 18 years of age

  • you may contact me regarding commissions via discord @crystaleternal, on instagram @crystalxeternal, on bluesky @crystaleternal.online, or via email at [email protected]

  • Turnaround is currently 1-3 weeks, however this may increase if the job requires it

  • Backgrounds are available for an additional charge

  • I reserve the right to decline any commission request

  • Final files are delivered via Email / Notion and are delivered as high quality PNGs by default, however other formats can be requested. Files will be delivered as RAR files when multiple files are needed

  • All prices listed are for personal projects only, any commercial use must be negotiated ahead of time and generally starts at +50% of the final commission price

  • I retain the right to use works in progress as well as final pieces for my portfolio and promotional use unless otherwise specified by the client before work has begun

  • The commission project has officially begun once at least 50% of the final total has been paid, the other 50% is due before final delivery

『PROCESS』

Once a commission has started and payment has been made, the process looks a little something like this:

Initial Sketch → Review With Client → Refined Lineart → Client Review 2 → Color Draft → Client Review 3 → Revisions → Final Delivery

  • Up to 2 Revisions are welcome throughout the draft process, major revisions after this may result in an an additional fee

  • You'll be informed of the estimated delivery window once the commission begins

  • If any delays should come up during the process due to illnesses, emergencies, etc., you will be notified promptly on an updated delivery window

『PAYMENT』

  • Payment is accepted via Ko-Fi or PayPal Invoice

  • Standard commissions can be split: 50% to book the slot, 50% before final delivery.

  • Prices may increase based on character complexity, background detail, or requested style.

  • Priority Commission: +50%

  • Your piece moves to the front of the queue and is started immediately or in the next available slot.

  • Private Commission: +20%

  • The artwork will not be shared publicly or included in my portfolio.

  • Commercial License: +50%

  • Grants lifetime rights for advertising, branding, resale, and other commercial uses.

  • PSD files may be provided upon request.

  • Proper credit is still required.

『REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS』

  • Do not file a PayPal dispute. Doing so will result in an automatic blacklist. Please contact me directly to resolve any issues.

  • Refunds are only available if your commission has not been started within 3 months of payment.

  • If we agree to cancel a commission that has already started, up to 40% of the total may be refunded depending on progress.

  • Be transparent and respectful when requesting a refund or cancellation.
